The Ultra Dose System
The Ultra Dose system is a safe, economical and effective
cleaning system that is suitable for any kind of establishment.
It does not require connection to the mains water supply, making it the
perfect solution for any establishment where there is insufficient water
pressure for a plumbed-in dilution system.
When assembled, the compact Ultra Dose unit holds up to four 2 litre bottles,
each fitted with a dosing pump which accurately dispenses 10ml of product
per dose. The required dosage rates for optimum performance of each product
are displayed clearly on a colour coded backboard. The products are dosed
accordingly into trigger spray bottles or buckets via dosing pumps, before
being diluted with water from the tap. |
The Ultra Dose System
consists of
 | Colour-coded system board
- The customised board
identifies the chosen Ultra Dose products and indicates their individual
dosage rate for trigger bottles and buckets. The board is fixed securely
to the wall by double sided adhesive pads attached to the reverse side. |
| Stainless steel wall bracket - Chemical resistant and
east to screw into place, the wall bracket is available in two sizes, to
fit either two or four bottles. |
| Dosing pumps - The durable pumps have a long reach neck
to ensure easier and safer dosage into trigger bottles and buckets. |
| Labels for trigger bottles - Ten labels are provided
for each chosen product, to make trigger bottles of the diluted product
easily identifiable. |

grease, oils and fats from safety flooring, stainless steel, ceramic tiles,

UB20 Sanitiser Concentrate
Effective against all bacteria as a general cleaner & sanitiser, UB20 is
neutral, odourless and taint-free, and passes BS EN1276:1997 at a dilution
of 0.5% with a 5 minute contact time. Safe to use on stainless steel and
aluminium. |

Features and Benefits |
Simple training of cleaning staff is ensured by the colour coded labels
and system board, allowing quick and easy identification of the products.
The required dosage for each product is clearly indicated with numbers,
eliminating any potential language problems.
Rationalise your product range by stocking just four products chosen
from the range of nine versatile Ultra Dose cleaning chemicals. This can be
enough to cover all cleaning needs in your establishment.
COSHH is built in to the Ultra Dose system, minimising
time spent managing hazard and incidents. The controlled dosage method
minimises the chance of any undiluted chemicals coming into contact with
skin, helping to ensure safety to users. Control
spending on cleaning chemicals by following the economical dilution rate
indicated on the system board. With this system, staff are less likely to
use too much product, making supplies last longer. For most of the Ultra
Dose products, a 2 litre bottle will dilute to make 100 trigger bottles of
cleaning solution. |
Control waste
through the use of super-concentrated products. Compared to ready to use
products, the amount of plastic waste produced per litre of cleaning
solution is significantly reduced. Reuse
packaging to demonstrate your business' awareness of environmental
policies. The trigger spray bottles and dosing pumps used with the Ultra
Dose system are reused rather than disposed of.
Easy installation is guaranteed, as the Ultra Dose
system is a compact unit that requires no plumbing. It can therefore be
installed quickly and easily, even in areas with limited wall space. It also
makes it the ideal system for any building where a mains water system not
possible due to insufficient water pressure.
